Make Georgia 2026 a core memory
Flights
There are multiple flights you can take to reach Tbilisi. Because most of the people will be coming from Amsterdam we will focus on that here.
The most convenient one from Amsterdam would be Transavia. But it does not fly every day. The Transavia flight would perfectly limit your days, it arrives in Tbilisi on thursday evening and flies back sunday night. Make sure to download and register to Bolt beforehand, cause that’s the best way to get to the city on thursday evening
-
If you are just coming for the wedding then the flight on Thursday the 20th of August might be the best. Return in the night on Sunday again. This will also perfectly align with the transport we arrange from Tbilisi.
-
Georgian Airways operates flights from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) to Tbilisi International Airport (TBS). These flights typically run several times a week, with schedules subject to seasonal changes. The flight duration is approximately 4 to 5 hours nonstop.
Costs of a round trip are generally around €400 euro per person.
-
To save some money it is also possible to take a flight with a layover. Especially if the Transavia flight has gotten too expensive because of the high demand.
-
It’s around 5000km by bike. Let me know if you want to have the GPX
Transport to wedding
We will arrange a bus, it will leave Friday and return on Sunday. Because we understand that you didn’t make all your plans yet, we will send a reminder for this later. If you are already sure that you want to come with the wedding bus, you can register here. There are many other options to get to the estate or just around in Georgia in general, so it’s up to you!
